Yogimary, your advice worked for me too! I still have trouble with tree but I think it's because my legs are so heavy compared to the rest of me. But it's worked in other poses to think about this and work on it. So thank you!

I would stay away from anything called power yoga, or bikram. Power goes fast and if you don't know the poses or aren't 100% comfortable you won't leave feeling confident. Either bring something that you can eat (like plain veggies/hummus) or keep a glass of water in your hand at all times and keep moving around. Sitting right in front of food for hours makes it harder.
