Water is hard to do but I started drinking plenty of it this week.

In high school I suffered from an ED even though your metabolism drops you still lose weight quite quickly. I am down 11lbs since the start of our challenge :) I started at 289, today I am at 278!

I live in a very small town so we don't have many of those options but I think there are a few places like that in a town about an hour away, i will have to check on that.

It is possible to lose that weight healthily but you really need to see a doctor on a regular basis who specialize in this type of weight loss.

Not sure how I did it but I have worked out a total of 11 hours this week, isn't that crazy? Eating really good also best of all, I am not fighting that hunger feeling so that means I am eating enough :)

I always have an occasional cheat day, If you don't go overboard it's usually good for the metabolism and the lifestyle change in whole. I mean does anyone really plan on giving up chocolate, birthday cake, ice cream for the rest of their lives? Moderation is the key.

I keep it simple I eat whatever I want as long as I stay within 1200 calories, I at least exercise 5 times a week, I aim for 2x daily for about 2 hours of exercise in a day. I try to plan my meals for all day early it helps me make better choices b/c I want to get the most food for my calories. Normally I do not eat my…

I have a slow metabolism also, I have to incorporate lots of exercise but I'm am hoping with my new healthier way of eating that my metabolism jumps up again :)

That has been my issue. I am can be really successful losing weight but I don't deal with stressful situations well and tend to quickly put it back on when I'm going through things. I have always been an emotional eater.
