I eat very similar snacks. Greek yogurt, 100 cal packs of almonds and I mix in a 1/2 tablespoon of dark choc chips if I want something sweet, fresh fruit, 100 cal pack cottage cheese doubles, tuna pouches, etc.

I am soooo behind definitely on the sleep part. That's just not gonna happen right now for me and the baby. LOL. Need to make up in the cruch department too. I need a reminder on my phone for this! lol

I'm a mommy of two, 6 year old and a baby that will be 1 this week. If it weren't for my hubby watching the kids, it would be very difficult. Same here!! Ate terrible for 2 weeks and feel like I've reversed some of my progress, but too scared to step on the scale to see how bad it actually is. I've rededicated to meeting my 2nd goal and started over today! You can always "start over" and get right back on track!! You CAN do this!!!!!

Agree with the other ladies input. I'm the same exact way, can eat terrible for a couple days and I will see the scale up 5-7, but back down after a couple days. Keep your head up :)

I eat the same exact breakfast and lunch daily...My lunch is pretty easy...baked chicken or fish with steamed green beans or asparagus and recently I've added 1/2 sweet potato. Filling and yum!

Gotta love a spread the love thread... I love my babies!!!! Laying in bed while it's raining (no thundering, please!) lol Taking a Sunday nap How I feel after a good workout and being all sweaty (if you don't sweat, you aren't doing it right!!) Laying in the sun, especially on the top deck of a cruise boat :)
