I think every time "hate me now- Nas" comes on my phone I want to murder the weights in the gym. I love that song!
Definitely, something about that east coast rap beat that makes you wanna get some. It may sound crazy, but I gotta stick to country during cardio. I hate how boring cardio is, so I gotta play something I love0 -
I'm a bit all over the place. Classic rock for powerlifting, dance/pop/hip hop for running, and on days I'm really amped up I throw on some 90s punk rock to take me back to the days of my angst-ridden teenage years0

My "hip hop and pop power workout" station played so many ballads that I had to abandon it. And I love Florence & the Machine, but she's not all that great to run to! Naturally, I almost never hear her on the Adult Hits station when I'm cleaning the house and she'd be more appreciated.0

Running on the Beach!!!!! I'm surrounded by corn and snow. me = jealous. It's not really workout music, but I LOVE Matt Nathanson. I have just about every single album/single he's released. I like to listen to mellow music when I'm running on the beach in the morning. It seems to complement the serenity of a sunrise on a beach0

Story of my life. I make an "epic" playlist and a month later, i hate it all. I get a pretty good workout from trying to skip songs and not fall off the treadmill......Industrial, Punk, Futurepop and EDM. I'm looking to redo my Sansa this weekend/holiday actually and it will probably go all industrial/electro. I end up skipping through a lot of stuff right now because it's too mellow... that's what my phone is for. ;P0

I love it! haha If someone found my phone and could only access my music I don't think they would be able to guess I'm a 26 year old male. My songs are all of the place!I'm a bit all over the place. Earlier I was just walking on the treadmill at 5.0 and I was listening to Diana Damrau. Nyahahaha I have no idea why and it went on for an hour. Normally I listen to Linkin Park, Disturbed, Foo Fighters, Nine Days, Something Corporate, Matchbook Romance, Incubus, earlier was an exception.0

Depends on the mood...seriously, my mp3 player has everything from Nat King Cole to Maroon 5 to Avenged Sevenfold...and everything in between. (Can you tell I love music?? Wouldn't be able to workout without it!)

Girl Talk's "Feed the Animal" album is good. Its all mash-ups (think Nirvana plus Salt N Peppa) and upbeat. Its great for cardio because I focus on picking out the songs being combined rather than on the exercise.0

I usually listen to Pandora's "Hip Hop and Pop Power Workout" or "Country Fitness" stations. I find "Titanium"- By David Guetta (featuring Sia) is a motivating song, "Sexy Chick"-David Guetta, and "So Close"-Calvin Harris. I like Pitbull too0
