don't eat if you aren't hungry. it's really not that difficult.

ditching carbs helps. (carbo HYDRATES) the glucose in the muscles is no bueno. so yea, ketogenic lifestyle, but i'm sure paleo would work too

when i first start, and my appetite hasn't diminished, i eat around 2k calories, unless actively trying to eat less. once my appetite goes away, i eat around 800 to 1200 cals a day, it really depends what i eat though. ketosis is good for you. it makes you feel good and look good too!

why not cheese? cheese is high fat and great for low carb.. and its only about 1 gram a slice.

that soup is way too carby for me, but i would eat chicken vegetable soup every day if i could. (homemade stock, chicken, celery, onion, zucchini, cauli, and broccoli)

i don't see how children are a factor. if you like the person, why is it an issue if they have kids already? to me, it's pretty shallow not to date someone for that reason.

most carbs for sure. i just eat carbs from vegetables, some fruit, a little dairy and nuts.

the calories have been listed on the packaging for a while now. doesn't deter people at all. ill stick to my 400 cal 4 carb 4 patty burgers from mcds ;D

pecans, truvia, and butter. maybe some cinnamon or nutmeg. yum. stuffed with ground beef, onions, tomatoes. google recipes if you don't get enough recommendations on here. bake it and mash it is a simple way too instead of carbier potatoes.

some people go by sleep. others don't. really your preference. i go by: whatever i eat before midnight, goes on that day, whether i go to bed or not. your body can't tell time, so it doesn't matter, in all honesty. you could enter hours instead. midnight to 4 am. 4 to 8, and so on.

at least he waits til they are 18? even though 16 is legal in some states. pretty creepy, but the girls are the stupid ones for doing it.

i don't count cals, just carbs.. but my cals are anywhere from 800 to 1600 and i lose.

i bought some frozen sweet potato fries (savingstar coupon lol) they are one of the foods i miss the most.

when i ditch the crappy carbs, i notice my belly fat goes away the quickest. when i gain weight, it all goes there because of a carb addiction.
