I did eat a lot of crap this week. We are in the process of moving to a different city so we spent several days away from home looking at places to live, and I was unable to cook much. I'm a recovering fast food addict, so it's a little slow-going with me. I'm trying to make better choices!!

I once lost 40 lbs in 3 months. My hubby was deployed and I just ate smaller meals more often (not even necessarily good-for-you meals, just less of it) and walked 3 miles a day. I must have looked pretty good, because I got pregnant the next month. HAHA.

I'm not sure what my actual deficit daily is. I'm a little confused on everything. MFP says I should eat 1230 daily and burn 2100 cal per week through exercise. My trainer did a body scan on me today and told me my BMR is 1650 (or close to that) and I should have a 500 cal per day deficit. Today I burned 429 calories…

I disagree with those saying it's water. Also, tea is not water. Yes, it's made of water, but tea is also a natural diuretic. Soda has water in it too, do you log that as water?
