"Rich tea" biscuits are the best, although most biscuits (cookies) are OK if you get the timing right (an acquired skill).

What do YOU want to do for your birthday?

^^^ this Drinking extra water has no health benefit - it doesn't increase weight loss. Your body can't "get used to" drinking lots of fluid - if your body doesn't need it, it goes straight out again as pee.
-
Sadly alcohol is the one fluid that DOESN'T count as water in my experience as it a diuretic and so you lose water and appear to lose weight.
-
I agree - it's horribly high in sugar for something that purports to be a healthy cereal

I thought meeting people from online in real life was the new normal? :)

Well done that lady! Big transformation in both your body and in your smile :)

IF = intermittent fasting You could look at the 5:2 diet where you fast 2 days a week (but on fast 600 cals allowed)
-
Disclaimer: not a nutrition boffin :) I think that having eaten carbs 1 hour before testing could well be the reason. Did they say how high your glucose was? If not can you ask the for the reading? They'll test for many things - it's fast and easy to do from a blood sample or 2

Well done that man! Seriously impressive and motivational!
-
yes - your rate of loss may slow down from now onwards though

Very impressive and motivational - thank you for posting!

great story

I would say that if it is working for you stick with it, but many people on here will say that's too low.

Tesco gives 1485 as BMR (i.e if you stayed in bed all day), but you will be at least somewhat active so your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure will be at least 1.2 x this, say 1782 cal. You say you are burning 200 cal a day exercise so your TDEE must be above 2000 for sure.
