    It's funny, I moved from Paris to the US and ended up gaining 50 lbs in a few years. There's really something about living in the city and having to move a lot.

    But I love that article!

    So simple, yet because there's no tricks or secrets it eludes so many people that want a fast and easy weight loss plan. I miss living in a big city for that reason, I was always in relatively good shape. Now I live in a tiny little coastal town where everything is spread out and driving just makes so much more sense. But I've started walking again and made small commitments to walk anywhere that is within 5 miles of home.
