  • Thank you so much! I really needed that today. I am making lifestyle changes and it is not always easy but I am making progress one step and one day at a time. I have made a commitment with my heart if I can just get my head to keep me focused!!!
  • I am an elementary teacher and I try to drink 3 glasses in the morning and 1-2 in the afternoon. Sometimes I just line my kids up in the hall and tell to just give me a minute!!!
  • That's what I have found! I have had to change my goals 4 times now that I have lost 40 pounds! I look at it as a new challenge on my way to a better me!

  • I have started weighing in twice a week and it has really made me hold myself accountable. I weigh in on Friday and Monday. On my Monday weigh in it is for a biggest looser game.   • I have oatmeal and OJ every morning. For my after school snack I have a small bowl of raisin bran.

  • Way to go! I splurged a little on spring break at home with my kids but I am sticking to the new me! It felt good to have a scoop of ice cream with the kids and it didn't kill me! I think it is finally sinking in and I am on my way!
  • I am so with you. I think it has helped me see what I can do to help myself. I have my whole week planned out. Everything is prepared and ready to go. So all I have to do is make supper in the evening and I making the whole family eat better. It is a life change! I am on a new road and feeling better about myself!

  • Have you tried nuts, bananas, or the laughing cow cheese and some reduced fat triscuit or something. I like the emerald cocoa almonds myself! Good luck!
  • They have lots of soups now that are good and not too expensive and easy to pack for lunch. Then just pack some fruit or veggies. Sometimes I take my raisin bran and skim milk or even turkey, cheese, on a salad. Good luck!
  • You need to eat breakfast to get your engine running in the morning. Maybe you should try an easy healthy breakfast like oatmeal and orange juice. Good luck!
