I have over 400 cals to eat today, but havce already maxed out on protein and sugar...any suggestions?

Have you tried nuts, bananas, or the laughing cow cheese and some reduced fat triscuit or something. I like the emerald cocoa almonds myself! Good luck!0

Triscuits and low fat mozerella. Followed with lots of water fills you!!!0

Raw blueberries! They're low in calories and sugar and filled with anti-oxidants!0

I just had a banana and 1/2 tbsp natural PB-150cal and very filling-holds me until lunch (2 hours from now!)
Also VERY yummy are Vita muffins/tops-they have a lot of fiber and are low cal (100 cal each)0 -
Cottage, yogurt, peanut or almond butter with a banana or whole grain toast.... it's OK to be over on protein.0

For a snack on the go...24 almonds and lots of water. It's amazing how well they tie you over to the next meal.0
