  • I was a HUGE water hater. I never drank it. I gave up soda and now all I drink is water. Tap water sucks where I live so I drink bottled and its so refreshing to me.

  • i use the polar FT4. I love it. I wear it everytime I work out. My family has a history of heart issues so I slow it down when I see my heart rate too high. Polar, Garmin are both very good brands.
