  • Butt Bible was GREAT! i also have no upper body strength, anytime there are pushups i do them on the wall. My muscles still burn so I am getting the benefit at my level. i can now do some on my knees but not all the way to the ground so dont be discouraged. You can only get better!
  • Finished L2 D3 not going to lie it still kills lol. I did feel like i was able to complete more without taking my 5 second breaks. The sweat was pouring off!

  • Finished L1d10 after reading everyone's comments a little scared for tomorrow lol. i started a couple days after everyone and took 2 days off. i am also doing the butt bible level 3 and a couch to 5k running schedule. a little crazy but loving every painful minute!

  • I actually just finished my 5th day level 1 still breathing heavy lol. I am a huge Jillian fan! i have also been doing the butt bible u can find it on youtube. Its kicking my butt as well love to see the improvement in my endurance each workout. keep up your good work!

  • I have the same attitude as you right now :) I have been at it and the scale is just not moving like i want it to, i think im going to hide my scale and only take it out once every two weeks. i know what i am doing is working i have worn some pants i hvent been able to wear without a baggie shirt hiding the muffin top lol…
  • you can add me! I have 3 monkeys at home and work part time nights. It sure can be overwhelming. i am finding that when i am taking the time to exercise each day i have more patients with the kiddo's. moms can do anything they put their minds to ;)

  • i did level 3 lower yesterday and upper today holy cow! i was standing at work last night and my legs just hurt lol! oh ya and I hate chair dips i better love the results lol! feels good to have made it to level 3 will be glad when i can do it without stopping!

I made it! i have been doing the butt bible and i think it has prepared me well lol wasnt too bad. Hoping maybe i will progress to level 2 same time as ya'll! keep up all the good work!
