Did it, loved it (after about Day5)! I didn't lose one pound during it, but did lose a couple of inches. Also, my endurance shot way up and for me each level was easier than the previous!

bump for later ;)

You look amazing! Congrats! Keep up the great work. Pretty!

Thanks! I just really LOVE lifting. SO empowering!

I think you should definitely eliminate one or the other from your diet, but I don't think one week may be enough time to really know for sure. It would take your digestive track (I would think) at least a couple of weeks to repair. Good luck! My daughter has Celiac's (gluten intolerance) and she has been very sick until…

Agree ^^^^^ Also, either may have used caffeine to lose some water weight (diuretic). Pretty low, but all's fair when no rules were made beforehand.

water and pizza (I know it's not a staple, but I had to get all the food groups in) ;)

Keep doing the lady pushups until you can do regular pushups. If you keep up the the shred, you'll be there before you know it. My arms increased in strength SO much during the shred. Just loved the whole 30 days (after about Day 4 however  )

I wonder how much weight I would lose if I exploded and what the calorie burn would be.

^^^^^ Agreed

Just cannot believe it! Is his loyalty to you or your brother? Unless it's a good secret (like a surprise party or special event for you), there should be no reason he doesn't confide in you. Good luck! Ask your brother about this secret!

Hi! You are tiny indeed, but you're trying to eat healthy. I also agree, you're not eating enough. You don't even hit 1,000 calories a day after exercise is subtracted out. Also, you don't log water - are you drinking at least 8 cups of water a day? Good luck - you're almost there!!! :flowerforyou:

Fabulous! I am SO happy for you! Quite the inspiration.

YOU DID IT! I'm really proud of you especially with the headache! You are committed! Great job

Fabulous idea! Call a trainer today! It may just be the push you need. Also a great idea to have nutrition counseling. Good luck! I know you will do this! Always remember - You are a great person well deserving of great health. Try not to compare yourself to others - I know it's hard, but do your healthy eating and…

Instead of having the guilty feeling about not exercising, force yourself to do it today (there's still time  ) You'll feel refreshed and the guilt will go away and the weekend won't go down in history as a total loss! You can do it!

Please don't stress over the number 209 - JUST DON'T GIVE UP. I'm stuck at 178 (6 weeks) and I am changing things up a bit, but I won't quit. I need this just for me :flowerforyou:

I viewed your diary for over one week and saw that you don't log water. Are you getting at least 8 cups a day (especially with exercise)? Also, check out your sugars and sodium; I think you'll be surprised at how high they might be. Good luck!

You certainly don't have to speak up to the doctor by being rude. But you should "set the record straight" and converse with her on your exercise efforts. This, I'm sure, will curb the doctor's comments. It's important, especially with our health care providers, that they know the whole story. Don't be scared - confess to…

Same here, but I'm REALLY trying hard not to fixate on the scale. I started exercising in the past couple months and can actaully see/feel the difference in my body. I huffed and puffed through a 20-minute workout and now I can work out with intensity for 1-1/2 hours and usually want to do more! So, the change in my body's…

Having had bariatric surgery myself, you must use this pre-op time to gain the habits/ tools you'll use post-surgery. Healthy eating habits are a must! I agree with Jennielou75 about the quality of the food you're consuming. I can't see your diary so I can't comment specifically, but lean protein, fruits and veggies are a…
