Yes, I've been allergic to them since my early 20s. Developed the allergy around the same time as I developed hayfever while I was pregnant with my second child. :( I used to love the taste of them.

Can't afford a gym membership so I set up my weights in my garage and workout with the door wide open. I live in the country so have great views, fresh air and no nosy neighbours. The rest of my workouts consist of renovating my house.

I had to sell my horses last year when I moved. I rode dressage and did trails with my Appys, Appy/Westfalan and Trakehner mares. Also bred and raised quite a few foals over the years. My 17hh Trakehner mare is the reason why my shoulder is so weak though as she threw me into a fence when she bolted.

Totally agree with this. Sam Elliot, Mel Gibson and Vin Diesel have all aged very well. Also Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie. As to the ones who have not aged well, Gary Busey just makes me sad. He used to be so hot. :(

^^This. I used to have the same problem until I looked into exercises for back pain and to strengthen my core muscles. I'm still in but I sure wish I could afford a membership to an air conditioned gym. This heat & humidity is really dragging me down. I've been a mountain girl for the last 20 years; I'm used to it cooling down in the evenings at least. My house is like a sauna day and night.

I'm about 24% right now and I'd like to be between 15-17. I think the picture of the 11-12% is a hoot though. You don't get that muscle definition pumping little 3 pound weights. lol
