Last week I burned 4712 calories I worked out 6 days. I don't know what all that other stuff meant. Sunday I'm running 16.5 km, so I'll have no trouble hitting those extra calories. I'm a runner and am in week 9 of a half marathon training program, so I run 4x per week. I do hasfit cardio and strength training videos on alternating days.

My diet consists of oatmeal for breaky, salad with protein and quinoa for lunch, fish or chicken with green veggies for dinner and fruit and yogurt for snacks recovery meals of pb and a banana on a wrap! I eat 1400 calories per day plus whatever I burn during exercise. My energy levels are awesome!

I agree, I felt sexier at 299 than I do right now due to the fact that I have lose skin. Feeling sexy is a state of mind. No amount of fat or lack of fat can make you feel sexy.

My thinking is this. Start slow. In time you need to increase speed, duration, reps,, etc in order to continue. If you start off with A LOT, there's no room to grow! Take it slow and steady.
