I have been depressed and out of control for months. Getting back on this app and tracking what I am eating (both good and bad) gave me a sense of control. I feel better!

I haven't seen anything new. I will share that I when I consistently did 16-18 hours of fasting a day, I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. Because of stress and lack of commitment, I gained it back. I am back on the bandwagon. 15-17 hours a day.

I find that the ketone strips are darker in the morning. As I hydrate throughout the day, the stick shows a lighter color. This is inline with what Anglyn1 said. Caramel popcorn... I sneak a couple of handfuls every other day -- so hard to break this one snack habit. I generally record more of something else in my food diary to make up the calories... Yes, low carb, high fat and protien is the answer. I do eat diary (full fat, check the carb and sugar count), not part of paleo but I stay the heck away from the processed stuff. It works. Hello- Diet drinks are defintly hard to give up. I have the SodaStreamer. I carbonate the water and add lemon or lime. That has helped me cut down on the diet sodas.
