You could try Jillian Michaels 30 day slim down. The workouts are free on youtube. My weight also stalled for 3 weeks when raising it from only 1440 to 1560. That's only a 120 calorie difference but then I read it was normal and it takes time for the body to adjust so sure enough after the 3rd week my weight started going back down and I feel much better with those little bit more calories. I'm 5'2. Losing at 1560. I'm set at moderately active because I workout 4-6 days a week between 30-60mins. I usually eat all of my exercise calories back. I average about 1lb. a week loss.

Weight gain is normal while starting a new workout. Make sure to take measurements. I lost 12 inches off my body from doing the 30ds!

I am in the same boat as you right now except I need to lose everywhere but I started Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack on monday. (along with doing different levels of the 30 day shred on Monday, wed, and fri and with cardio on tues.& thurs. Now, of course I don't expect a 6 pack but I am sure it will help take inches off…

I was losing weight fine at 1440 but I would still be hungry and about a month ago I started having dizziness and headaches and some people suggested upping my protein and calories and although it has seemed to help with the dizziness and headaches my weight has only dropped 1-2lbs. but only for a day or 2 and right back…
