The data base says that a whole banana nut muffin from Giant Bakeries is 571 calories??!! I usually only eat half but decided to eat the whole thing this morning...is there really that much??!! I'm just like there goes today's calories and I'm not able to exercise today either due to injuries. :frown:

I am disappointed
I started 30ds on 1/28 and I was skeptical about starting it without a HRM monitor but did it anyways. MFP has given me 299 calories burned in 25 minutes which I thought was awesome! On Fat2fitradio I calculated my body fat % and it says that it's 27.8 which is in a healthy range of body fat? How is that possible when I know I am obese? It also says that I have 55.1lbs. of fat on my body so how is my body fat % "healthy" ??
