Should I be at maintenance for now?

I pretty much stopped exercising this past week because the week before, I started experiencing dizziness and headaches during and even hours after exercise. I mean even this week all I have to do is get up and walk or do something small like clean up dishes in the kitchen and it's not so much dizziness since there is no exercise (except for wednesday I tried a little bit) but definitely a headache. I don't go to the Dr. until the last week of march so I've been eating pretty much at my calorie deficit (1570 which I increased from 1440 since last week) and have lost 7 lbs. in a week!! So my concern is with so much weight loss in a week that I am losing muscle mass and if I need to be eating at maintenance or increase my calories a little more so I don't have such rapid weight loss???

Hi! I'm super new here at MFP, so maybe take this with a grain of salt. If you are eating at your calorie deficit and tracking all entries correctly, I would first make sure you are taking in enough water. If eating 1570 calories a day translates to a 1 to 2 pound weight loss goal per week, a lot of what you lost could have been through dehydration. It's super easy to forget to drink enough water, but potentially very bad if you do forget!

Thankyou. I've been trying to drink at least 8 cups of water a day and have been getting there or sometimes more lately.
