    I'm in!!! After getting off track and gaining weight back, I am ready to get back at it!!! I typically weight in on Thursdays although I didn't today. (Actually haven't for a while so that could be part of my problem.) I'll weight in tomorrow morning so I am weighing at the same time each day.

    I only lost a couple of pounds last month even though I was very much on track. This month I'm reshifting my focus to more cardio/less weights. I'd really like to lose four pounds so I can get out of the 'obese' category. Five pounds would be amazing but four will do.

    Thanks again for this thread. It does help me stay on track because I'm always thinking about that end of the month weigh in.

    My fitness event /goal for the month is to try my best to do some sort of exercise every day whether at the gym, home, or walking at lunch at work. Sometimes it's hard since I work full time and have 2 small kids but I'm determined to get the weight off and keep it off this time!

    I would love to join this :) I actually started last thursday, so here's my weight so far:

    Thursday April 25th- 159.5
    Thursday May 2nd- 157.5

    Woohoo! I just started tracking what I'm eating, didn't realize how much fat I was consuming! I'm hoping to lose 20-30lbs in all, so here's to success!

    Just for fun: What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month? Although it is not geared toward weight loss, I just started the 100 push-ups program, and although I will not finish it this month, I would like to still be sticking with the plan by the end of May. :)

    I'm going to finish training for my 13 mile memory walk on June 1st. :)

    first weigh-in! not sure if my starting weight was a fluke based on where the scale was on our textured tile floor, or if this is just up because i've been doing the 5-4-3-2-1 challenge and i am sporting some SORE muscles (only on day 2) so i'm actually showing up. i thought that 198.6 was artificially low when i got it. either way. here's where i am at.
