    I'm new here as well. Husband and I are competing to see who can lose 20lbs first. Winner gets a $100.00. We're tie right now @ 9lbs lost. Had a heart procedure in February (Stent). Docter said lose 30lbs. and I can stop taking a lot of the massive amount of pills they gave me.

    SW: 194
    CW: 185
    GW: 160
    HT: 5'9"

    I dropped back from the gym for 2 weeks. Plan on going back 5 days a week for May and ride my new bike 4 -5 miles on Saturday and Sunday.

    P.S: The post picture is my son and I, I'm not a cougar...

    Event: I just printed a 30 Day Crunch Challenge. I love doing crunches so my goal is to complete the whole month. That means I start with 20 crunches and end the month with 150 crunches in one day.

    Just for fun: What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month?
    I am going to continue to use my gym membership I bought this month! I will go at least 5 days a week with a goal of 6 days a week. I have entered the 30 day sit up challenge and the 30 day squat challenge. If I cannot lose the weight I would like to at least fit into a suit I bought last March 2012 (never worn because I had gained too much weight before interviews) on graduation from medical school May 17, 2013!
