I would also advise you to drink a glass of water. Or don't even go into the kitchen, get a book or a magazine and get your mind off of food. :smile:

How do you stay at 700 cal a day?! Do you skip meals? You should be eating 5-6 small meals a day I usually eat 300 cal for breakfast & the rest I spread them out on my lunch, dinner & 2 snacks.

Well for me, if I mix it with soy milk it's delicious, but when I don't have many calories available I mix it with water and that doesn't taste so delicious...lol It comes in Vanilla and Chocolate flavors. I'm drinking the chocolate one!

Yes, like the snacking on fruit, I don't think there is anything better than snacking on fruit;....lol, well that's just my opinion. I usually have a banana with the shake before my dinner and I don't feel too hungy for dinner but I do get tons of energy for my workout afterwards =)

So this morning I made my lunch to bring in to work. It's 3.5 oz of Chicken 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of carrots and 1 cup of Zuccini. My co-workers just invited me to Olive Garden, so I'll be having the Venitian Apricot Chicken w/only 328 calories which still gives me some room for one breadstick and salad :smile:

If you goal is to lose weight you don't have to eat all your exercise calories. Now, if you want to maintain your weight you should be eating your exercise calories as much as you can. Just remember in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than what you eat.:wink:
