    I would also like to join this challenge since the Biggest Loser challenge is no longer going on and since I weigh in every Wednesday. It helps keep me honest and I look forward to it.

    I will put in my weight from the start of this challenge.

    GW for July 1st - 170 lbs.

    4/09/08 = 188.0
    4/16/08 = 188.0
    4/23/08 = 187.5
    4/30/08 = 185.0

    Lost 2.5 lbs. :happy:

    No secret. Count your calories and stick with them. Exercise and eat your exercise calories. Have a treat once in a while to prevent yourself from going crazy. Think of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet!!!
