This morning I had eggbeaters 1/3 of a cup and 1/4 of a spaghetti squash and slice of american cheese.
That was the end of my fresh veggies so I guess its another trip to the produce market
Will have my coffee soon too. So far about 150 calories.

    I had an omlette.... 2 whole eggs, 30g swiss cheese, 2 tblsp chopped green pepper and 2 tbls chopped tomato it came out to around 270cals

    about 55g of blueberry/strawberry granola
    1tsp of apple butter

    16 oz of water

    I wasnt' too hungry this morning so I just had
    3/4 cup of Total Cereal
    1/2 cup of Silk light soy milk
    1/2 of a small banana

    I had my snack a 1/2 hr ago
    !/2 cup of strawberries
    1/4 cup of blueberries
    4oz of Dannnon light & fit 0% vanilla yougurt
