Drink..then drink some more.. I typically drink between 15 to 19 glasses a day.. try to get more in with my meals! Happy drinking!

Each dose is different for everyone... if the dose is too high for someone... Topamax becomes "Dopamax." Forget words, things you were doing... main uses are for seizures and migraines... started out as a mood stabilizer... they noticed psych patients were losing weight on it. I am on it now for migraines, works great...…

My hospital started making us take it about 3 years ago... I think it is ridiculous... I've had the flu once in 38 years... and had the flu shot that year.. we come to work with sore throats, coughs, colds, sinus infections, pneumonia, n/v/d... and every other type of virus or bacterial infection... what is the difference?…

I work in an ER... everyone is sick.... I have a great immune system!! =) But it still aggravates the hell out of me when adults do not cover their mouths when they are coughing... REALLY?? :mad:

If anyone tells me to only eat 1200 calories ... I will smack the he!! Out of them!! That's not something I plan on doing daily, so I'm not doing it now!

beautiful pics! the most aggressive dog I have ever had was my miniature dachshund.... he bit a few people... and he meant to... he even chased a pit for getting close to his raw hide... he had no clue how small he actually was!

we have people come into ER to have abcesses drained... mostly from infected hair folicles... could be that.

Well, the first thing you have to look at is the huge SMILE on your face... even YOU know that you not only look better, but you feel better!! You are certainly doing great because you are converting fat into muscle... something that we ALL want to do. Thanks for being an inspiration!!

Are you on a steroid inhaler? Just curious because if you have good control of your asthma, then maybe you wouldn't need to oral steroids so often.
