I was saying the same thing.. 1500 calories seems a lil low to me per day. Mine to maintain my current weight is over 2000calories. Thought i would have a hard time eating that much... but its actually quite simple. i guess logging will help me to just make better decisions.

OK... yes i am trying to eat as healthy as possible but its been a little harder than i thought with my constant hunger. Hence my logging of foods to also track calories. I am just 17wks and cannot afford to gain too much.

I have seen an increase in my sweet cravings lately since i started using Splenda, i use to use another cant remember the name it starts with N. But now i am going to switch from Stevia and see the difference. Thanks for this thread though would never have associated splenda with the sweet cravings.

I suggest you try weighing when as soon as u wake after using the bathroom. I find that as soon as i start to get active , i put on a few more ounces throughout the day.

Eggwhite omelets always win. Each egg white is about 17 calories. I also make a simple shake with unsweetened almond milk, banana, flaxseed, blueberries or strawberries or apples.easy to prepare and keeps me full till lunch.

oh i just made fish in coconut sauce last night super yummy! just any fish fillet or whole fish of your choice. Season and cook down in some cocot milk!

Initially i gave up bread, because i absolutely love it. But then it gradually started to creep back in.. so i have chosen to have only 2 slices max for any one day and now i eat the lowest caloric bread i can find.. wholewheat bread-70 ( i am in Jamaica so the varieties are not as much. i find that i am not as addicted…

I am having a similar problem, Lost 5lbs pretty quickly, and now i am stuck, scale actually said i gained a pound, even though i am still within my calorie goal daily!

I love cake!!!!!!!!! anything thing that was sweet and baked was my friend. I'm also an emotional eater, as long as i am sad or depressed the first thing i will do is eat.
