    I have a gym memebershhip

    I have a home set simlar to p90x and insanity

    both are good its my diet thats a challenge lol

    Great, I'm in. I am a size 14-16. I would love to be a 12 again. I walk 30 min a day. I plan to add the biggest loser jumpstart.

    IN! I just started a self-challenge to drop 2 lbs a week for the next 2 weeks. It'd be great to keep it going! I'm eating super clean, staying under my calorie goal, and burning a minimum of 300 cal with cardio 5x a week.

    I would love to join! I alternate running 3.5 miles and yoga every day. I also have a gym membership.

    I'll give it a go.

    I exercise 3 times a week with a Zumba class, and do some strength training at home. Can't afford the gym right now and I don't have a reliable babysitter at the moment.

    But I'm game to give this a try.
