Polar FT7 here. Love it and will not exercise without it.

I love it and I only like the BOLD selections. Green Mountain - Dark Magic Green Mountain - French Roast ? - Italian Roast

I make this with the exception, that I bake it in a mini muffin pan. They make great finger foods. I did this for my children when they were little and it just kind of stuck. Also you can freeze them and then reheat them in the microwave in on a low temp. That way people can have something hot, healthy and on the go.

What a GREAT idea. Thanks for sharing.

Pasties are a British food eaten with your hands. Think of homemade Hot Pocket but a million times better. I miss living in England.

I too got the FT7 for CHristmas and absolutely love it. Because I now know more accurately how many calories I am burning, it is motivating me to workout more and longer.

Once, you "eliminate" you are going to be right where you should be. Just keep being good and you will see. This will also help you for when the next time this happens you will know that "Oh, I know what is going on here!" Keep eating fibrous vegetables and lots of water. If you are constipated for more than 4 days…

A secret to how supermarkets are set up. Everything you need to eat is on the outside perameter of the store. Don't bother going down the individual aisles. The only thing is they know this and that is why they put the bakery and deli right as you are on your way out.

This is very helpful. I was aware that nothing is really calorie free but I was surprised at just how much fat are in those sprays.

Great idea! Thanks for sharing this. I am going to try it tonight with white tea.

I like the data aspect of the Body Media Fit. I REALLY only need it to track calories burned but the BodyMedia seem much more accurate than an HRM.

It's already a big difference!

Yep, haven't met a person yet who has been on here and not liked it.

Bith my husband and I have been using it for a couple of years. We both love it. It is a huge motivator. The sensors do wear out and have to be replaced every couple of years but they are only 14.00. I think I am on my 3rd one. I seriously cannot run without one now, because I want the proof that I actually moved my butt.…

 I am loving the Dukan diet too! It seems to be the only thing that has worked for me. I feel like I am at least losing weight like a normal person.

I have the exact same problem. I have been on Synthroid for about 4 years. In that time I have struggled to lose weight. I usually lose less than 1 pound a month. Even went to a RD for a year and she had me keep a food diary then. Still less than a pound a month. Now with the menopausal stuff thrown in, you tend to feel…

Thank you for posting this. Most people are on the assumption that just eat meat until you lose all your weight and then go back to how you were before. they mistake the "attack" phase for the whole diet. I am trying this strictly out of curiosity because I did the Atkins diet several years ago. I find that cutting out all…
