I would stop worrying about it. Why do you want it off so bad?

No one says stupid stuff like that to me. I always get great compliments.

I love CF. It has had such a positive impact and have changed my life. (Minus a workout from the other day that still has me shaking my head in disbelief). Lol

Nothing. I enjoy being alone.

Call him out. I've called a couple people out the last few months and I haven't seen them since I said something.

My advice...don't expect to move mountains on the first day. Your diet doesn't have to be abolutely perfect right away. Slowly cut things out and progress towards a healthier way of living.

I've wondered if there were any true stories of that myself. Seems like there is nothing but non-stop flirting and leg humping going on in many of these threads. To me this is just another entertaining internet site and but not to be taken seriously in any way, shape or form.

Personally I go all out and enjoy my fruit. I eat it every single day and have not consumed a single vegetable on my journey. I still find ways to make it work and you can also.

That is the kind of splurge I wouldn't even bother logging.

Just have a regular beer and enjoy it. I'm know all about sticking to a diet but you have to enjoy a treat every once in awhile also.

Drive, determination and heart.

When I first started going to the gym last year, I was one of the bigger guys and no one wanted to have anything to do with me. Getting a simple hello or a smile was way too much. Now a year later, I am one of the fittest and most dedicated guys there and a lot of people try to talk to me. It's annoying and I ignore all of…

As long as you feel good, feel faster, better and stronger, does the weight matter?
-
All I did was cardio my first six months. Then I added some strength training but continued with the cardio. After I started strength training, my cardio just exploded and that in return caused me to excel in all areas. Now I do both everyday. They compliment each other very nicely.

Very impressive! Congrats!

Dieting and losing weight is all about experimenting and figuring out what works best for you. It takes time and patience. There is a lot of good general information out there but it is not a one size fits all sort of thing. It is best to read up, follow general guidelines and tweak it to fit your needs. The best advice I…

Wow! I am the quiet type who always minds my own business and keep to myself but I probably would have had some words with her. I'm guilty of bringing my yogurt and some fruit with me on mornings I am running too late to eat it at home but I don't sit on the equipment and eat it.

Unfortunately plateau's go with the territory. No one is immune to them. I consider myself very successful with my journey and I get caught up in them often. The key is to stay motivated and be consistent. As long as you put in the work, you will see the results.

I'm pretty serious on here and extremely dedicated to my own goals. My entire life at the moment revolves around fitness and living healthy. I do try to encourage and support the few friends I have but some days I'm just beat!

Ahh aus dem Norden! Very nice! I was there with the Army from 1998-2004. I think about it everyday and would like to make my way back there this summer or fall. And thank you. It's been a long but fun journey!

Hi! I am out in the western burbs if that counts. Where in Germany are you from? I lived in Mannheim/Heidelberg for 6 years. I miss it everyday! :)

Many of those people were once bigger themselves. We all have to start somewhere. I was once one of the bigger guys at mine as well. Now I am one of the fittest and hardest working. Just worry about youself and your goals. This is about you, not anyone else.

Mostly Pandora. There is a hard rock strength training station that is top notch!
-
Having been on both cheap and quality exercise equipment, a treadmill is the LAST thing I would go cheap on. Trust me, you WILL notice a difference!

I will be making this over the weekend. I am excited to try it. :)

Wow...9/10

A combination of elliptical, crossfit, running, weight training, walking with a weight vest, basketball, etc. I'm extremely active.

I don't eat anything back. I burn between 2,000 and 3,000 calories a day from exercise so eating that back and doing it cleanly would be a nightmare. Everyone is different so experiment to find out what works for you.

Sounds amazing! How does it taste?
