  • im not sure if the sodium is bad with being over but i will give a tip. is when you cook dont add salt when cooking. people can always it to there own plate and then you dont have to put any on your own. this will cut back on the sodium cuz alot of food as it in already. i dont use salt hardly ever now

  • you can either not buy the junk or if you buy it then have it go straight to a church where they have the food pantrys where they hand out food for the people that are need of food. it will show that you are in control and will be helping the people that do need to stock up their pantrys
  • I been binge eating alot lately like the past month and gained 3 lbs. i wake up in the middle of night and get a snack. i dont know if its because im depressed or that it could be the fact that i have been really stressed out lately with money diffulculty.
  • it makes it easier to do the small weight goals makes it go faster if you say i want to lose x amount of weight . awesome.
  • do sit-ups or crunchs that will help tone that area. with crunchs you can also work on the side areas(the love handles).

  • have you tried drinking almond milk. never tried that milk yet. i drink soy milk. i know it cost more but at least you will be able to get your calcium. i really don't know of much foods to make a suggestion to help.
