I was under in calories but over by 12 grams in fat and 312 mg in sodium. Is that bad?

im not sure if the sodium is bad with being over but i will give a tip. is when you cook dont add salt when cooking. people can always it to there own plate and then you dont have to put any on your own. this will cut back on the sodium cuz alot of food as it in already. i dont use salt hardly ever now0

and just drink alot of water to probably help flush that waste out too.0

Some bad fats. I had a treat day and tried to exercise it off but working out isn't going my way today. I never salt food during cooking or after. Never really have. This sodium and fat is from Mickey D's for breakfast and the seafood place at a work function. Maybe I'll just go ahead and work out some more.0

I tend to go over my fat b/c I like cheese. The problem with fat is that it has more calories per gram than carbs and protein. I wouldn't worry as long as you are staying in your calorie range.0
