    Hey Karen! I'll let you in on a secret- when I stick with MFP, I lose weight. When I stray from MFP because I don't have time for it, I gain. That's all you need to know, lol! Good luck :D

    Thanks! So far so good...only on day 3 but journaling everything is a huge help.

    Hi i am Mary. i started this about a week ago. i really like it so far. my goal i am trying to work on is definitely to write down everything i eat or every exercise i do no matter if i slack off. good luck to us all.
