It's soooo hard to stop eating when we have a whole pizza. We order from pizza places that do squares or strips. It's so hard to stop taking "one more little square". I'm better off getting a Lean Cuisine or Stouffers french bread so I can't go overboard. I've tested myself and I always fail with a full pizza! :s

I've lost 26 lbs. It's taken a year. I'm slow. LOL I had not noticed much change but I recently tried on some old jeans and they fit great! I didn't realize how baggy my current jeans were until I compared the two. Tshirts are getting looser too. Looking forward to even more changes soon!

I love the Presto popper. Air popped popcorn is full of fiber and really fills you up. Just need to get a little inventive if you don't want the butter calories.
