I love Jillian Michaels and Chalene Johnson. I have 30DS, 6wk to a 6pk, banish fat and boost metabolism, and no more trouble zones. I am doing Chalean extreme and on my non weight days I will be alternating banish fat and boost metab and No more trouble zones, with 6wk to a 6pk on 2 weight days

Hip hop abs is an amazing starter program. I noticed very nice body changes and started doing CLX after and am losing weight like mad

I am doing CLX and take in 1500 calories. Sometimes bumping up your calories helps

Thank you all. I love Hip Hop Abs it doesn't feel like you are working out. I am going to get Rockin Body and Turbo Fire!! I had elbow surgery so I have to be careful on what I do but these programs are mainly standing and I can do them

I have had a small set back and had a Celiac attack so no working out for 3 days. Back on the Wagon tomorrow :) Still eating good though but adjusting calories to sneak in some goodies!!

I actually bought a Portion helper. I put it on my plate and fill it accordingly and it gives me the proper portions

I have lost 36lbs and have done it the old fashioned way. Changing how I eat (how much I put in my mouth, I eat between 1300-1400 on work out days and 1200-1300 on non work out days) and working out. I have the most success with Jillian Michaels dvd's

I'm in. Already doing Jillian dvd's and have lost 5lbs in 2 weeks so 20 is do-able!! good luck everyone and come back for support if you need it

Yeah doing the shred makes me feel awesome. I will alternate between 30DS, ripped in 30, yoga meltdown, trouble zones, and 6wk to a 6pk to get to my goal. I am a jillian junkie LOL

You have brilliantly listed everything I went through!!! I am on my second 30 day shred round and my first one coming off of knee surgery!! I also have ripped in 30 and 6week to a 6pk. I may do the shred again but add 6wk to a 6pk. Keep it up and the weight will come off

I am doing 30DS right now and the first time I could not sit down for three days but once past that it got much more tolerable!! I am on day 4 right now and am feeling 100% human again. It works, she offers modifications. I am going to do this twice and then go onto ripped in 30 two times and then start trouble zones…

Be real!!!! everyone cheats or fails at eating right sometimes!!!!! Miracles happen everywhere except weight loss so don't turn to a miracle in a can/pill/powder/drops/anything and lastly being skinny is great but being healthy is much much better.

I would love to do this. It would be perfect when I am at our office since they have sidewalks. Normally at home we live in the country so there is no way to run on the road and be safe

I tried to be honest when I renewed mine and I was 210 the lady looked at me and said no way uh huh and put my weight at 156 I am currently 193
