I have 13.5 calves and my thighs aren't very big so it's noticeable that my calves are larger! Always have been complimented on my legs, also 5'9" so I have long legs.

I am at 1220 calories a day before exercise. I eat anywhere from 70-80 grams of protein (I like protein bars w/ 30 grams of protein for breakfast) a day and 25-35 grams of fiber a day. Not hungry. Protein and Fiber both really filling. Chia seeds are good source of protein/fiber to put in smoothie also..

One thing my doctor told me to lose weight is you need to have 70-80 grams of protein a day and 25-35 grams of fiber a day and 8-10 glasses of water. It works for me! :)

Round Table has personal pizzas with 4 small slices. They run usually under 50 calories per slice. It's a good deal. It's great for not having too much left over and having small portion sizes.

You have to be more specific for example, what kind of meat? chicken, roast beef. What kind of salad? type in spinach salad, etc. Be specific when adding in each food and see what happens.

Yes, it is. soda takes the enamel off of your teeth and eats the lining of your stomach. The artifical sweeteners actually make you crave more sweets and defeats the "diet" effects.

This is a great website if you use it, you will have success. You can make friends. I use a pedometer from morning to night to track my steps and try to do 10,000. I do that too sometimes, I just wait it out! It can be 2-3 weeks. Sometimes if I go off my eating regime, it will kick me back into gear of losing weight again, sounds weird but it actually works. Good luck to you.
