How much water do you drink a day, be honest.

I aim for at least 3 liters straight water/day, or approx. 100 oz.0

64 oz, no need to drink more.0

I drink at least 64 ounces of water a day...0
-
14-20 glasses a day0
-
Not enough0

I try to have my 2 litres a day but sometimes find it hard to drink it especially now it's getting cooler with weather.0

3 to 4- 20 ounces bottles, does anyone know if skim milk is counted as water intake?
Skim milk is milk. Water is water.
skim milk has no water in it. That's why it's just oily sludge with chunks of crumbly dry protein in it.0 -
Mostly about 3/4 liters0

None. It tastes of nothing. I am fairly certain I would rather drink urine than plain water. I do however, consume the hell out of Coke Zero. I could care less about my liver and kidneys, so spare me the lecture.0

At least 64 oz a day, usually more. I only drink water after my morning coffee except a Dr Pepper on Saturdays (my big treat!)0
-
Between 8-10 glasses. I don't drink anything else. I add lime juice to it sometimes. I like it very cold and with ice.0
-
18-21 cups.
I have 24oz water bottles that I have with me at all times and I polish off 6 fills of them on most days and sometimes 7 fills, if I'm extra thirsty that day.0 -
I drink anywhere from 2 cups to 10 cups. I hate water, but seem to feel fine with or without water in my system. I'm prett petite, so I don't need as much water as the average person.0

Anywhere from 4 to 6 16-oz bottles a day, easily. & since I'm only 5'2 and 125 pounds, I think thats more than enough.
I don't drink anything else 99% of the time. Even when I go to restaurants now, I ask for water with lemon squeezed in. The thought of wasting my precious calories on a sugary beverage that will do nothing for me is just stupid to me. I'd rather spend my calories on food - good food.0 -
I usually drink between 50-60 ounces when I am at work, then probably 20-32 ounces when I get home. Water is pretty much the only thing I drink, save for the occasional cup of milk with a cookie.0

Eww. Now that's just gross.0 -
Monday thru Friday 8+ cups. Saturday & Sunday at least 4 cups.0

I drink 12-18 cups (96-144oz) of water a day. Some times more. Rarely less.0
-
I have a 500ml bottle four or more times per day.0

depends. I always try to get 8+
sometimes I drink double or triple... Especially if i exercise more or am feeling really hungry (with no calories left)0 -
6-10 eight ounce glasses a day, I also started adding about 2 cups of green tea in addition to this. I still drink diet soda but am slowly weaning myself of this.
I have a 24 ounch travel bottle thing that I drink at least 2 of each day, and usually a glass at breakfast and dinner. I fill the bottle a third time but don't always finish that one. And then a few random chugs throughout the day like when brushing teeth, etc.0 -
8 cups minimum, 10+ on most days (including protein shakes that I make with a water base). I'm addicted to water. My pee hasn't been yellow in months.
Feels so good.0 -
3 jugs full.
and theeeeen...cool runnings to the baffroom!0 -
At least 128 oz. I have a bottle I fill up twice in a day, so I don't get tempted to drink Diet coke or Diet Pepsi. I like coffee some days and Protein shakes some days and I really don't keep track of that water!!0
-
If you count unsweetened tea, I drink more than eight glasses. If you don't, I might drink one or two a day. Mostly been drinking tea, though.0
-
Usually 8-12 cups (4-6 16 oz glasses), plus a can or two of diet soda.0
-
10-12 glasses. Which is like 4-5 bottles. My bottles have 20 FL OZ0
-
Adding up the protein shakes and the water intake... usually about 16-20 8 ounce glasses per day.0
-
I have a large bobble bottle I drink the majority of my water out of, which holds 34oz, and I drink at least 3 full every day, so 102oz, sometimes more if it's a gym day.0
-
Loads - at least 2 litres a day, often nearer 4 and sometimes nearer 6. I only drink what I want to - and that's how thirsty I am, I don't struggle with it0
