Awesome job with the weight loss...you look amazing! And good for you for this post. If they wanted it bad enough they would make time in some capacity to workout and burn some calories. You sure did!

This is such an awesome post. Your results so far are incredible! I completely agree with you about not relying on the scale to see results. It's always nice to be reminded of that though. Keep up the great work!

I'm 141lbs and would like to get to 135-130lb. More focused on decreasing my body fat percentage though from 20.8% to 18% or less.

That is such a wonderful accomplishment! Great job! I grew to love running too. Now run about 6 miles 4-5 days a week and am running a half marathon during the summer. Keep up the awesome work!
