I usually eat Odwalla super protein bars when I'm doing a long bike ride of over 2 hours, but I get tired of them. Does anyone have other ideas for protein bars? They need to be around 200 calories or so and no more than 2 times as many carbs in grams as protein grams. And no sugar alcohols . Odwalla super protein bar has 14 grams protein and 30 grams carbs and is 210 calories.

I've had the NuGo Slim bars before and they're pretty good! 180 calories/bar; 19g Carbs and between 16-17grams of protein. http://store.nugonutrition.com/products/20102.html. Good luck with finding ones that you like:)0
