    28 and trying to get back in shape. Joined in July, and I've found the people here to be pretty amazing. I've been to France a couple of times for work, but never got to really enjoy it.

  • Hey there. I'm new to the group. I weigh in at 189lbs but my doctor says i have to be down to 175lbs. am in college 4 days a week and workout at least 3 days a week. want to keep being motivated so need more support. add me if you like

    Hey y'all! I'm 23 and have been on MFP since about May, but just started tracking recently. I've lost almost 20 pounds without really tracking my food, but realized that i need to track if i want to lose more consistently!
