I am in love with this show! With all the violence and other terrible shows on TV nowadays, it's great to see something that inspires and provides a positive message. I don't miss an episode!

The important part is that you took breaks/rests when needed [that important] and you did not give up. For that you are winning!

I just started Insanity and did my 2nd workout today. My husband even joined me today for support and he was winded. He said the workout is harder than what they do for training in the military [he's active currently]. We both ended up flicking off Shaun T., LOL. Either way, though, to answer your question...when they're…

You are one badass lady! Firstly, happy 21st birthday. :-) I have had friends who have went to battle with their bodies through eating disorders. I don't know you personally, but let me say I am so very proud of you for fighting! Keep up the fear-fighting. You can do this!

You've done a great job! Also, your determination gives me hope.

Not much surprises me these days, so when I was looking through your before pics I saw a beautiful woman on her weight loss journey...then I hit the after pics and, I kid you not, my mouth literally fell open saying "Omg, whaaaaaaat...???" You look AMAZING and ooze sexiness! Plus, not sure if it's what you were going for,…

Halfway through reading this post I realized I was smiling the entire time. You are amazing and truly show that if we give ourselves that little push that most of us either don't do or are afraid to do...we can accomplish awesome triumphs! Keep it up!

By nature, I am not a jogger/runner either unless I'm doing so after our 4-year-old daughter outside. She's so full of energy! Anyway, this NSV for you is awesome! Great job and DON"T give up!!

Never get down on yourself...look how far you've come! You look amazing and keep up that endurance and drive. :-)

I've lost a Sperm Whales Brain, LOL.

1stly, your eyes are Gorgeous! 2ndly, you should take those size 20 white shorts and make a skirt out of one of the legs! The way you're standing in them, the leg would make a cute sailor-type skirt. =] Congrats!

My Mom is around 291lbs. She's been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and Type 2 Diabetes. I am so fearful that one of these is going to take her from me. Her doctor and myself have told her of the dangerous side effects of both instances, but no matter what is said, it's like it's not "real" to her. She keeps going the same way…

At my biggest, I've been a 3x top with a 22 bottom. I'm not down to an 18/20 bottom [depending on fit] and a 2x/1x top and I'm not stopping anytime soon! Great NSV for you. Keep up the great work!

In the after photos of you in the black dress and in the white shorts...you kind of look like Kristin Cavalari! You're beautiful!

My short-term goal is to reach a 20lb. loss... I'm at 13lb loss now, so it's coming! My long-term NSV is to be healthy and be able to run outside without getting winded with my daughter. Also, to be able to walk into a store, pick clothes off the rack and have them fit instead of having to put on a 2x. I've come to peace…

You look insanely amazing! You, yes you, give me absolute hope that I CAN do this!

My husband is in the Army Nat'l Guard, so he has to stay fit as part of their weight goal monthly. He's naturally athletic anyway, I am not, but I suppose I could be if I tried. I'm pretty much doing this weight loss journey on my own, but it's my choice. My husband tells me things like, "You're beautiful no matter what,…

Your red dress comparison picture is my favorite! Way to go!

This is pretty awesome! You look amazeballs! I've started using my Tae Bo again, but I wouldn't mind trying Denise Austin DVD's either. Very sweet to pay-it-forward. =]

Breakfast is the most important part of the day. I either go to bed hungry and have a good breakfast the next morning [oatmeal usually] or if I HAVE to have something, I have some peanut butter or a granola bar.

Getting to slip on a smaller size is always exciting! Keep up the great work!

A majority of my clothing comes from DressBarn [I'm a sales associate there!]. I LOVE that for Women's sizes there is a beautiful variety AND the same for their Missy side [there's even Petites, which I am not, lol]. I also go to The Avenue for my undergarments since my chest size is bigger than normal [breastfeeding,…

I have around 120-140 lbs to lose... You are a complete inspiration! To know someone else has done it gives me the drive to know that *I* can do it. Keep going!

This is my 2nd day of doing MFP. When I woke up this AM, I got on the scale and low and behold...5.2 lbs gone! That's an AWESOME way to kick off my August! I've been pretty much grazing food-wise today, but for dinner am planning steamed rice with no-bean chili on top and a vegetable! Good luck with your challenges,…
