my 100lb loss was over the course of nearly 2 years. still have a fair bit to go. strength training has definitely helped with the loose skin. i'm very very thankful there's not a lot. coconut oil as an all over moisturizer has also been a HUGE help. i'll whip it up with sweet almond oil (high in vitamin e) as well. i put a tbsp or 2 in my eggs for breakfast. chop up some spinach or kale and mushrooms - 1 egg, 2 egg whites and voila! protein packed omelette that keeps me going till lunch.

huge fan of avocado! been loving it lately as part of chicken salad. just shred a chicken breast with a fork and mash avocado in. great on wrap or i'll put it on celery stalks too. totally nom-licious

i LOVE the stuff!! i put it an omelette, turkey meatballs, smoothies - i've even made breakfast muffins with it (kale and apple are a great pairing!) i'm with you - i have issues when i run out. thankfully a good friend of mine planted a nice garden this year. she's been my kale supplier for about a month :happy:

it's soooo gross lol. i'm an osteoarthritis sufferer as well, it really does help. a tbsp in the morning with grapefruit juice and water. down it like a shot. and ditto on what everyone is saying with it having to be unfiltered, with the mother, etc.

My hands are starting to blister from lifting. I'm going to call the eventual callouses 'war wounds'. :happy: a little coconut oil will help the skin heal. but i'm thinking you might need new shoes?? ouchie! :(

what about some flavoured infused waters? a cinnamon stick and sliced apple in a pitcher of water gives it a nice refreshing taste. i've done watermelon and cucumber as well. might help make it more palatable! :)
