  • I also make mine at Christmas time and pipe them out into Santa hats and add red sugar (yep the real stuff) to the top for decoration :happy:

  • I started using mapmyfitness it syncs with both the UP band and MFP. I use it primarily for bike rides when the UP doesn't record (that I can tell anyway). When mapmyfitness syncs with MFP it increases my regular exercise calories up by the amount that I burned during the ride. It's wonky I concur!

  • Ok so I haven't been good at updating the board. I am going to try to get better at that. I fell behind already because I have been sick for the past 3 days but I'm going to still shoot for my 40 miles this month.

  • When I have extra calories I usually try to eat popcorn. It's not terrible bad for me and it does fill up some add'l calories. If I go short one day on calories I don't worry about it. I just make sure not to make a habit of it.

  • I am right there with you, I could consume almost a 2 liter at night and 3-4 cans of diet coke during the day. I have slowly started weening myself off now I am down to 3 cans per day and maybe one can at night. I started making small steps by drinking more water and making sure I had 3 water bottles between my diet cokes…
  • I googled it and found a lot of good recipes. There are breakfast recipes, (instead of oatmeal) there are side dishes you can use it instead of rice, etc.
