  • 30DS is free on Youtube. ripped in 30 is alittle longer i think. i have tried both. since your a man i feel like RI30 may be more beneficial to you, but you could try a conbo of both. switching it every other day. i feel like 30ds is more for girl workout and it works on stuff that we focus on.
