I have my period!0 -
My favorite so far is .....
"I can't go until next week when I meet with my personal trainer....."
LOVED that one, apparently we need personal trainers to actually get our heart rates up now0 -
Yes! Walking in the snow or shoveling snow is an awesome workout and the worst excuse for not working out!0
-
I dont have the time.
You can make time...I get up an hour earlier every morning now and thats coming from a person who is no way in hell a morning person0 -
I don't have the energy.
Uhmm... exercising regularly GIVES you energy.0 -
Because the nice people at the blood center told me not to?0
-
I've heard "because it's raining, I don't want to go outside" from one of my flatmates. Bearing in mind the uni gym is literally a minute or two away from our block, if that.0

"People will judge me!"
Oh past self, you were so fluffy.0 -

Actually have a friend that says "I cant afford it" yet can do a zillion other things she wants to that costs more than what the gym would.0 -

Really? Ever spin out?
Except if its a blizzard. I guess then you can shovel.0 -
I'm not going to bother wasting my money on a gym. I can get all the exercise I need at home or outside.
Does that count as an excuse?0 -
I'm too tired (to go to the gym and get more energy).0

I absolutely love your ticker!!!!!! I want an adipose tattoo!0 -

Thats a good one I used that one so many time last year which is probably part of the reason why im fat0 -
ohhh...let's see. Your friends are too busy on their phones to notice the pins were not set right and the barbell took you down, or maybe it was the stalker dude following me home from Powerhouse Gym. There are some that are valid.0

It closes in three hours, so I can just go tomorrow sometime.
Said by me when I just didn't want to go.0 -

Same here. I don't have an extra $33 a month to spend on a gym membership. Add to that, I'm out a vehicle, so I'd have to take a bus there (which is an extra $4 round trip every time you go). Might as well work out at home or around the neighborhood and save money. Carrying groceries 2 miles home is actually a pretty good work out. My excuse: I don't need a gym membership to motivate myself.0 -
Too tired, annoying to find parking, annoying to change clothes, don't want to be sweaty, its going to be too crowded...etc etc.0
-
I cant be bothered!
My and THE worst excuse EVER!!0 -
gonna start monday0
-
I still use these excuses regularly even tho i force myself to still go....
I need a recover day
I have coursework to do
I need to clean
Ive got errands to do
I just dont want to0 -
My parole officer says I have to go straight home after work, gotta obey the court order, no gym time for me . . . j/k .0

Dude for some reason this seems to be a good excuse for a lot of college students not to go to class too lol!0 -
"baby, stay under the covers with me for just a little bit longer"
I guess I'm bad becasue I will always skip the gym for this reason!
On the up side you can always count it as cardio!0 -

Yeah...I live 30 miles from anything like a gym...so snow may very well be a good reason to stay home.0 -
I work out at home, so that's my excuse.0
