How would you log Butt bible

                    I was just wondering for anyone who has done the butt bible how would you log it. i am only doing the lower body workouts and it feels wrong to log it as Circuit training, general for 20 minutes seeing as it didnt feel like as much of a work out as the 30 day shred which i also log as Circuit training, general. Also i dont have a heart monitor and dont intend on getting one for a while so i cant go by that.

            I'd log it as circuit training. This isn't an exact science.0

            Is it mostly squats and lunges and stuff? Maybe log it as strength training?0

            Log it as watching a YouTube video...I guess? I dunno, how much of a workout do you think you're getting?0
