once you do the video again the soreness will wear off. I remember i was like that the first time I did it also. The longer you dont do it again seems like the longer it will hurt.

i dont mine joining as well. I havent done this in about a year or so it was a really good work out. I know that it will be kinda hard doing the cardio part cuz i leave in an upstairs apartment now but i will figure something out(:

just hang in there. I am 5'4 and i used to be 130 and when i was there i used to think i was fat!!:angry: After having a baby i have balloned up to 175 and now i know what fat looks like and it wasnt at 130!! day 3 finished!! i also took a cycling class today and it kicked my butt but it was great:happy:

Cass! If you ever get the chance to take the cycling class take it!! You work up quite a sweat and with the music and everyone else it does make it fun:happy:

okay so this this morning and i weighed myself and it said i was 170! which was great to me. Then after i worked out at the gym i weighed myslef there and it said 180!!! it confused me. That is a huge ten pound difference!! how am i supposed to know which one is right! does this ever happen to anyone else? evil…
