I'm with you. I love to indulge but what helps me is i put one serving on a dish, sit at the table, and consciously eat my food. And combine with lots of water. I love the presentation of my food so i visually appreciate my food as well as taste. Good luck :-)

I'm 5'7 and 190 lbs been that weight most of my life, other than gaining 50 lbs during my pregnancy. I have recently lost 60 lbs and would like to lose 30 more. Excited and nervous :-) feel free to add me.

Chicken its always a good option. Chicken fajitas, chicken stir fry, chicken and rice the list goes on good luck

I love lemon pepper, onion powder, mustard, pickles, and best food low fat mayo. Then i either take a medium sized tomato and scoop out the middle with a spoon and stuff the tomato and eat it with a salad Or i put the tuna in a romaine lettuce leaf enjoy!

I will be turning 27 on march 22nd and my goal is to either hit my pre-pregnancy weight of 190lbs or less by my birthday. :happy: This would be the best birthday present evah!

I started with walking and eating better. It worked for me and i just kept going up from there. And just putting this out there, what about an exercise bike?

I will usually pre make my meals and put them in the freezer and bring them out to microwave. Chicken fajitas are my favorite :-D

I usually go for fruit or vegetable and combine that with a source of protein. Vegetables- carrots, cucumber, tomato, celery, radishes etc Fruit- oranges, apples, grapes, kiwi, pear, etc Protien- almonds, cashews, cottage cheese, string cheese, etc

I have a few suggestions :-) 1- change your work out routine every 4 weeks- if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you 2- only eat back half or none of your exercise calories 3- don't give up! You are worth it and you deserve to succeed in your goals

I think it would be best to wait. It could be a lesson of responsibility later in her life when she is ready to have them. Ears have a high possibility of getting infected if not taken care of properly.

I love putting 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper and 1 teaspoon onion powder in with two tablespoons mayo with a can of drained tuna fish. I would sprinkle mozzarella cheese into the mixture and then pan fry it with some non stick cooking spray.
