  • I totally say reward yourself -especially if it's only 3! Moderation and log it! Also, Hershey's cocoa powder if useful ~ I flavor oatmeal with it if I want chocolate first thing in the morning. :) Only 10 calories.
  • I have noticed bruises on my legs also. I am not sure how they got there, but I have been running over the last 6 months myself, and they DO seem more prevalent.........weird.

  • Today, I bought powdered peanut butter. Apparently, it has been around for a while, and I just didn't know about it. It's called PB2 and it only has 45 calories per serving - I thought it was AWESOME! As much as I crave peanut butter I cannot afford to eat it as often as I like, so this was a great alternative for me!

  • Good Question! Funny, my sister and I split a Subway Veggie sub today and she tallied her calories on Subway's website and I did mine on here and hers was 32 lower than mine - I don't think Subway counts calories in most of their veggies.
