Flatouts are good to use. Spread some EVOO on it and bake at 350 until the crust is crispy and then top it and bake around 10 minutes or so. Joseph's wraps and pitas are good and low cal. I use them for wraps!

My Protein Shake: 2 Scops of Whey Protein Deluxe Chocolate (Made by Precision Engineered), 8 oz light chocolate soy milk, 4 oz water, and 2 tbs of PB2 Chocolate (Powdered peanut butter). It honestly taste like a reese's drink. Through in some ice you have yourself a reese's milkshake.

I believe the "healthiest" chocolate milk you can get is Soy? I maybe wrong but I get it and it only has 90 cals per 8 oz. I use it to mix with my protein powder and PB2 after my work outs.
