    Thanks so much, I'm pretty tall so I've heard that alot but yeah starting was 205lbs. I had problems with my knees and I physically felt like crap all the time. While losing weight I also quit smoking, going on 4 months

    You are such an inspiration! I continue to get depressed when I think about what I was and I'm not seeing the results nearly as fast. You and so many people that commented on your photos are very inspiring!

    Thank you so much, and don't get depressed. Everyones body's change differently and it's a slow process, before you know it you will see your own change. It took me until about 40lbs to really see a difference in myself, because of how we look at ourselves we are the hardest judges on our own reflections.
